Allgaier AP22
As with all Porsche/Allgaeir tractors, the numeric designation indicates the engine power: 22 BHP in this case.
The white handle and wheel extending to the rear enables the operator to steer the tractor whilst walking behind; the '7' shaped bar is the brake.
This two-cylinder tractor was also known as the P122 and the A122.
